How do I make the most of my Clinical Years?

Yay! We finally get to spend most of our time in hospitals instead of
the lecture theatre. This is what medicine is about, right?

So now that I’m mostly in the hospital, how do I make the most of it?
Our clinical experience has the great potential to help us to learn
how to be a good doctor but one thing I wish I learned before going
into clinical years were good principles for clinical placements. How
do I balance my time on placement with revision in the books?

I’ll be sharing some good tips and advice I’ve learned during clinical
years and will give you plenty of time to ask any burning questions
you may have!

Learning Objectives/Outcomes:
1. Describe the experience of clinical years and how that differs from
pre-clinical years
2. Share good advice and tips that I’ve learned throughout my time at
medical school especially work-life balance when going into hospital
3. Answer any questions that people may have about clinical years
